Are you a trading company or a factory?
We are a factory covering 20,000 square meters. You are welcome to visit our booth at major exhibitions such as CIFF Guangzhou or Shanghai.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have a dedicated showroom building covering 4,000 square meters where many of our items are on display.
Do you offer samples?
We can offer samples for a fee. If you place a bulk order for at least one container in the future, the sample fee will be returned to you.
Do you provide customized product services?
Yes, customization is available. Please send your design pictures and detailed information to us, and our professional designers will work on creating the sample product you need.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is 5 sets.
What are your payment terms and warranty?
We require a 30% deposit for standard products and a 50% deposit for custom items, with the balance due before shipment. We offer a 1-year warranty on products and a 2-year warranty on the internal iron frame structure.
