We don't request a specific MOQ for each model, but larger quantities result in lower costs.
Can you put our logo on the product or cartons?
Yes. You can send your logo to us, and we can place it on the chairs and print it on the cartons.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are TT: 30% advance payment and 70% balance before loading.
What is the production lead time?
Production typically takes 1-4 weeks, depending on the model number and order quantity.
What is the warranty period?
We offer a 3-5 year warranty according to the model. Replacements for any issues will be shipped with your next order for free.
