A2: Residential Quality Grade: 1 year warranty. Commercial Quality Grade: 10 years warranty (excludes improper use).
Q3: What is the sample policy?
A3: We charge for sample and freight costs. The sample cost will be refunded after receiving the official FCL order.

A4: Sample costs and freight are collected upfront and returned upon placement of a Full Container Load order.
