Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a professional sofa & chair manufacturer with over 10,000 m² of production workshops and showrooms. We have more than 10 years of R&D experience in handcrafted furniture.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 2 sets based on EXW terms. For FOB terms, the MOQ is a 20'GP container, though mixing different items to fulfill the container is acceptable.
Can you customize furniture for my project?
Yes, we can manufacture special designs received from clients as well as customize our existing designs. We can adjust sizes, upholstery materials, and frame types to suit your specific needs.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is our priority. Every production process is checked by our QC manager one by one before delivery. Customers are also welcome to inspect products before shipping.
What is the standard delivery time?
Normally, delivery takes around 30 to 35 days after receiving the 30% deposit. We can adjust the timing based on your specific shipping schedule requirements.
What certifications do your products have?
Our furniture meets high industry standards including BSCI, CertiPUR-US, FSC, and fire retardant qualifications such as BS5852 (UK) and CA117 (USA).
