What is the typical production and delivery timeline?
From the contract date, our production team fully supports the schedule. The planning team sets up a reasonable timeline and follows up each process (material cutting, assembling, polishing, painting upholstery, packing), providing updated inspection reports.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit for standard products, 50% deposit for custom products. The balance will be collected before shipment. TT, L/C, Ali pay, and Cash are available.
What product guarantees are provided?
We promise that the product has a 1-year warranty, and the wooden frame of the furniture internal structure has a 10-year warranty.
How is the furniture packaged for shipping?
All furniture delivered is professionally packaged to minimize the risk of any damage in transit. Boxes are clearly labeled with the project number and product code to simplify receiving.
Do the prices include shipping costs?
Our price terms are EXW or FOB. You are free to have your order shipped overseas by the company of your choosing. We also have preferred partners for international package forwarding to more than 200 countries.
